Hi, my name is Minook and I’m a 35-year-old mum. I live in Kent with my husband and two boys aged six and four. This is my blog where I will share my experiences (both up and down) of losing weight.

Like many women, I piled on the pounds when I had children and struggled to find the time or motivation to lose it again. The turning point for me came when I saw a picture of myself at my biggest (I’m sure a lot of you have been there!).

By changing my lifestyle, I managed to lose two and a half stone in just nine months. Don’t get me wrong – it wasn’t always easy, especially while trying to juggle a part-time job and looking after two young boys.

But I did it and have never felt better. I’m now bursting with confidence, love shopping for new clothes on the High Street and going out with my friends again. Best of all, I can go swimming with my sons and not feel out of shape.

I owe a huge part of my success to Cho Yung Tea. It is by no means a miracle cure, but it helped to reduce my appetite and boost my energy levels. It has also made a huge difference to my skin, which is a difficult task when I survive on just five hours sleep a night! I continue to drink the tea even now to help me maintain my perfect weight.
